Mr. Ventoza is a visionary construction executive experienced in the construction management of water and transportation infrastructure projects. Scope of experience ranges from on-site construction work to executive-level strategic planning in a corporate office environment. Previous focus was full P & L responsibility for an infrastructure business unit doing $200+ Million in annual revenue for clients on a national basis.
Mr. Ventoza also previously served as a corporate executive providing oversight and strategic direction to four independent business units with annual revenues of over $150 Million each.
Mr. Ventoza played a key role in resolving construction disputes through mediation in various projects. Mr. Ventoza was deposed in more than one occasion and had to participate on discovery procedures. Mr. Ventoza also advised project executives on presentations for Dispute Resolution Boards.
Mr. Ventoza has also served as an independent arbitrator on a panel of three arbitrators on a construction dispute between a public owner and a large international contractor. In addition, he is a DRB member for CalTrans projects.
